Craig Read-Smith (President and Chief Technology Officer)
Craig Read-Smith brings 14 years of global IT and business experience to the company.
Previously, Craig was with Systemic a specialist Software Development Consultancy where he served a variety of clients in software design and architecture roles.
He has gained his global IT and business experience in the Defense, Investment Banking and Telecommunications industries having worked for large multi-nationals and Venture Capital funded startups.
Mark Marshal (Chief Financial Controller)
With a unique blend of IT knowledge, financial acumen and market insight, Marshall exhibits a strong marketplace vision and ability to achieve organizational goals, from start-ups to mature entities. In addition, Marshall’s accounting background has provided him experience at combining strong metrics for accountability and controls that prepare companies for exponential and scalable growth.
Marshall’s responsibilities have included the management of the sales, business development, and financial operations of the numerous successful companies, as well as team-building and managing partner relationships. In a recent role, Marshall helped his sales and professional services team from his COO position achieve its highest net income and positive cash flow to-date by growing revenue by 35 percent while lowering costs by 25 percent.
As CEO of The Accend Group, a CFO for Hire Firm, Marshall designed operations and financial strategies for a variety of clients, managing up to $40 million in equity and the financial affairs of more than 25 start-up technology and high-growth companies that have included companies such Altiris, Soronti (purchased by Avocent), QTI (purchased by Nextel).
Marshall is a CPA, earning both his bachelors and masters degrees from Brigham Young University’s nationally-ranked accounting program.
Steve Riley (VP Sales and Marketing)
Steven Riley has over 18 years working within the IT industry in senior roles.
Previously, Steven was with Unisys Australia in a business development role providing support for the acquisition of new businesses.
Steven has spent much of his time in consulting roles as a technology recommender and implementer. He has also spent a considerable number of years in startup organizations in sales and business roles.
Greg Salotti (Director)
Greg Salotti has 18 years of commercial IT management experience in Defense, Government, Financial Services and IT startup companies. He is founder and CEO of the Australian software group, Systemic and a current director of Guardian Technologies, Biz e Community, Ubicalcs, and 4UMedia.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia.
